Solarization Of Gomal University Di Khan
Solarization of Gomal University D.I. Khan
Gomal University D.I. Khan has undertaken a major sustainable energy initiative with the solarization of 12 buildings under a Net Metering / NEPRA Generation License.
Project Highlights:
- System Capacity: 522 kW solar power system
- Design & Engineering: Expertly designed by RESPAK using the latest HelioScope software
- Estimated Energy Yield: 4 kWh/kWp (early yield strength)
- PV Modules: High-efficiency Trina Solar 585W panels
- Inverters: Advanced Fox ESS inverters for optimal performance
- Mounting Structure: Heavy-duty galvanized hot-dipped (80-micron) L2 angle iron structure, engineered to withstand 160 km/h wind speeds
- Tilt Angle: 15 degrees for maximum energy generation
This project underscores Gomal University’s commitment to sustainability, reducing carbon footprint, and harnessing clean energy for a greener future.
